Gosh it was so so amazing on the 23rd of October because everyone got to dress up as a person in the olden days.Do you know why we got to do this, because we were going to... The Howick Historical Village. We still went even though it was poring with rain. First we went to the old Pakuranga school (which was at the the Howick Village) to go and see the Victorian toys. My favourite toy was the periscope which was the toy that all the boys in the village played with a long time ago. After lunch we went in our groups to have our own wander around the village. We also got to play a game called squeak piggy squeak. What you had to do was blind fold a person,we also had a pillow to hold on to.After our wander we went back on the bus back to school. What a fantastic day.

My Fantastic Weekend
Guess what happened when the weekend arrived?Well... I went to Eden Gardens.My mum,my dad, my brother, and Nan(Mrs Turner) came along.Also my cousins came along too,there names are Michle,Pall,and Loren.When we finished having our delious snaks that's when we started our walk.We saw tulips and lot's of other kinds of flowers.In the very middle of our walk we got lost behind because we were admiring a spooooocky cave.We through a rock and it hit the back of the cave and then "crash!" that 's when we knew it hit the botom. Then we rushed to catch up with the others.Then I wispered to my self what a day!!! By George

16.7.2012 Guess what?In the holidays I went to Rotaroa.I went with my brother,mum,and dad.When we got there the first ever thing that we noticed was how much it stunk.The next day we finally went to the luge, it was my first ever time by my self.First I went on the begginers track and then I felt a little comfatable so we did it again! Then we went onto the intamidiet track and finally the AVANCED but I wasn't old enough so I couldn't go on it!!! I had a great time any way and I can't wait for another adventure so see ya next time.

30.4.2012 Guess what I did when Sunday arrived? Well... I went on a train ride called the Rain forest Express(We went after church.)We got to go to a camping ground to have a picnic. When we got there we had our picnic and then we had a look around the place. There was a maori place right beside us and we went to have a look, when we got inside we saw a big eagle at the top of the place. When it was time to go on the train we were off!!! When we got to the place were we were supposed to be on the train it wasn't there until it came. When we were on the train we were squashed.
Wow! come and enjoy hearing George playing the piano.
My fantastic weekend! On saturday my dad and I went to a glorious game of cricket*When we got there[the place was in Howick]we saw a person hit a six and it was coming strait for us. But we got out of it's way.After having a fritting start Ihad to watch the game! After I watched I had a game of cricket my self.
*cricket is a game which you need a bat and ball OUR ZOO TRIP!!!!
Guess what? we had to have a school trip to the zoo! When we got there I saw a BIG lizard [ this was at the entrunce] and a elephant. After that we got out of the entrance and met a lady called Rosy she showed us into a room which is called a classroom. She showed us lot's of thing's about reptiles. When we got out, we first went to the Alligator enclosunesr. One was called Doris, she is the biggest.[facts about crocodiles] Crocodile's eat 50 meals a year,they have scaly skin[ouch!]I had a fantastic time at the zoo!!! My Awsome and Exiting Sunday! Geuss what I went to on after saturday? Do you know? well i'll tell you any way, well I went to my cricket prizegiving that day.When my team was called up I said a little prare in my head to try to carm me down but it didn't work.I knew there were three prizes to be won and those were player of the year, the bestis scorer, and the coaches star. Then the coach said"and the player of the yea in team bond goes to... George Fale Turner!!! I was so so amased that I got the player of the year so I quckley went up and I waved to my dad in the stand. 30.4.2012
